  • I have not registered before. How do I start?
    • Start by reviewing the registration process in the user guide.
  • I don't have an email address. What do I do?
    • An email address is required to identify and authenticate your access to the system. Without an email address, you will not be granted access to the system.

Important Information

To comply with provider data submitted to the state and CMS encounter guidelines, as of 01/01/2019 VNSNY will require NPI information when billing with a referring physician. Claims submitted with a referring provider and NO referring provider NPI, will be denied invalid or missing NPI. We hope that this does not cause any inconvenience.
